Why should I cycle?

It may seem like a hassle, but cycling is an easy stress-free activity that becomes an enriching part of your life.

Cycling, as either a form of transport or as a leisure activity, provides a moderate level of exercise and helps to develop cardiovascular fitness. Cycling is mainly an aerobic activity, which means that your heart, blood vessels and lungs all get a workout. You will breathe deeper, perspire and experience increased body temperature, which will improve your overall fitness level.

Cycling is fantastic at contributing to lowering carbon emissions, as there are absolutely none produced during the process of cycling. Whether it's for commute or for leisure, you can still go green!

Cycling can also reduce congestion and the journey times of other road users, particularly during peak hours.
